Transport Specifications Limited has worked extensively with NZ Post to test, compare, evaluate and achieve compliance for the new fleet of electric delivery vehicles.
Transport Specifications Limited worked with Wellington international airport to assist with the purchase of a new top of the line Rosenbauer crash tender, the first 2018 Panther 6×6 in the southern hemisphere. We were able to review the vehicle specifications to meet international standards, complete the tender process and oversee factory acceptance testing in Austria.
Transport Specifications Limited worked alongside Auckland Transport, NZTA and bus manufacturers to achieve compliance for heavier passenger service Double-deck buses to operate on Auckland roads.
Transport Specifications Limited worked alongside the Auckland Motorway Alliance for the review, purchase, importation and compliance of their new Mobile Barrier Trailer, Tiaki. This trailer, the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, keeps staff safe, reduces lane closures and helps to keep Auckland motorways moving.
Transport Specifications Limited was able to assist Auckland Transport with the compliance of new fully electric busses manufactured by Alexander Dennis Limited. The vehicles are currently being trialled on the City Link route in Auckland.
From the drawing board through to final operation Transport Specifications Limited was able to design, manage construction and achieve compliance for the new Chelsea Bay train for Chelsea Sugar New Zealand.
